Pickleball Event at Cherry Hill: The action at Cherry Hill Park is heating up as the Coeur d’Alene Classic pickleball tournament kicks off, drawing in around 500 teams to compete on brand-new courts from Thursday through Sunday.
Partnering with the Inland Northwest Pickleball Club (INWPC), Parker Subaru has made a significant impact with an $85,000 donation. This generous contribution has transformed four tennis courts into a state-of-the-art complex having 12 pickleball courts. Pending approval from the Coeur d’Alene City Council, the facility is set to be renamed The Parker Subaru Pickleball Complex for the next decade, marking a milestone in community sports infrastructure.
Kyeli Reinert, the human resources director at Parker Subaru, emphasized that the Parker Subaru Pickleball Complex represents the company’s commitment to supporting healthy, active lifestyles in the community. She expressed excitement about collaborating with INWPC to bring this project to life and provide a premier facility for pickleball enthusiasts to enjoy for years to come.

Additional upgrades, including windscreens surrounding the courts, will further elevate the player experience and community engagement.
