Tournament Format

- Format: Round-robin with playoffs for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals. Matches will be played with referees for all pre-medal and medal rounds.
- Skill/Age Groups: 60+ and under 60 (19+). Juniors 14 and up may play in 19+ events. Age brackets may be adjusted based on registrations.

- Team Registration: Complete entry requires both team members to register and pay. Partners have six hours to complete their registration before being moved to the waitlist.
- Service Fees: Nonrefundable. Administrative fee for refunds is $5.

Refund Policy
- Cancellation Deadline: September 6, 2024, at 11:55 PM
- Refunds: No refunds after the deadline unless the event is canceled or entry was not secured from the waitlist. The PickleballBrackets.com service fee is nonrefundable.
- Weather Cancellations: No refunds for weather-related cancellations, and no makeup rain date will be available.
