Tournament Format
This year’s tournament features a Round Robin format with playoffs for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals. The event is divided into two main categories: US Senior Pickleball (USSP) events for players aged 50 and over, and ALL AGES events for those under 50.

All matches are Round Robin with specific game lengths depending on the number of teams in each pool. The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust brackets as needed to ensure quality play.
Registration Details
- No Membership Required: Players can register without being members of any association.
- USSP Membership: USSP members receive a $10 rebate on the registration fee and are eligible for points and prizes. Membership costs $20 annually, with discounts for multi-year payments.
- Referee Pay: The minimum pay for all referees is $10 per match; referees must register online.
Planned Match Format
- 4, 5, & 6 Teams in Pool/Round Robin: Games are 1 to 15, win by 2.
- 7 & 8 Teams in Pool/Round Robin: Games are 1 to 11, win by 2.
- Lead-in Games (to playoffs): 1 to 15, win by 2.
- Bronze Matches: 1 to 15, win by 2.
- Gold Matches: Players can choose between 2 out of 3 to 11, win by 2, or 1 to 15, win by 2.
Refund Policy
- Withdraw Fee: $15 for all withdrawals
- No Refunds: After September 4, 2024
- Weather-Related Cancellations: Up to 50% refund
