Registration Requirements
- Singles Events: Players must be registered and have paid their tournament fees.

Waitlist Policy
- Teams may be moved to the waitlist if a partner (doubles) has not registered or paid.
- It is the responsibility of players to ensure compliance with tournament requirements.
Partner Replacement Policy
- Players who lose a partner must replace them with an already registered player of the same skill/age group.
- Replacements can play down in age and up in skill.
Format
- Double Elimination:
- Main Draw: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11 points, win by 2.
- Back Draw: Single game to 15 points, win by 2.
- 4-5 teams per bracket: Single round robin format, 2 out of 3 games to 11 points, win by 2.
- Brackets with 3 or fewer teams will be combined with the closest age brackets within the same skill level.
- Bronze Medal Matches: Single game to 15 points, win by 2.
- Scores: Reported to UPTR; not to DUPR.
Weather Policy
- The tournament is held outdoors. In the event of weather or unforeseen circumstances, efforts will be made to complete matches.
- If a weather-related issue arises during play, the situation will be assessed to determine if brackets can be completed or winners determined.
Refund Policy
- Cancellation Deadline: September 13, 2024
- A non-refundable $5 service fee per event applies if withdrawing before the deadline.
- No refunds after the cancellation deadline unless the Registration & Weather Insurance Policy has been purchased.
