Registration and Fees
For those registering after August 19, 2024, the standard registration fee is set at $40. PKL Exclusive members benefit from a reduced rate of $30. Each event costs an additional $10 to enter. Membership offers a $10 discount on every PKLBALL tournament registration. All fees are applied per person rather than per team. Schedule of Events
The tournament schedule is as follows:
- Friday, September 13: Men’s and Women’s Doubles, divided into age groups 12 to 34, 35 to 49, and 50+.
- Saturday, September 14: Mixed Doubles, also organized by age groups 12 to 34, 35 to 49, and 50+.
Playing Format and Brackets
The event will utilize a Round Robin format leading into a Single Elimination Playoff. Each participant is guaranteed a minimum of four matches. The top half-seeded players from the Round Robin will advance to the “BIG PKL” playoff, while the bottom half will move to the “LITTLE PKL” playoff. Both brackets will award Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals.
The Tournament Director retains the right to combine or split brackets by age or skill level based on the number of participants. A player’s spot is not confirmed until both partners are listed and payment is completed. Participants have 21 days to secure a partner; otherwise, they will be placed on a waiting list.
Refund and Weather Policy
Requests for refunds must be emailed to the tournament director and may take up to three weeks to process. Refunds will be issued minus a processing fee and will be unavailable after September 1, 2024. Should weather conditions become severe, players will be informed via email on the night before or the morning of the tournament.
