Coral Gables Hosts 20K dollar Charity Pickleball Event: A Weekend of Sport and Giving

Coral Gables Hosts 20K dollar Charity Pickleball Event: On October 18-19, the William H. Kerdyk Biltmore Tennis Center in Coral Gables, Florida, will host the first annual PMG Charity Pickleball Tournament, with all proceeds benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of South Florida. Organized by the Pickleball Management Group, this event promises exciting competition and a meaningful impact on the community.

The tournament will feature a range of brackets, including Men’s, Women’s, Mixed, and 50+ Men’s Singles Open, with up to $20,000 in prize money available. Payouts start at $2,000 for the Open bracket and decrease for lower levels. Each player will be DUPR-verified upon registration to ensure balanced matches.

Events will begin on Friday, October 18, at 6:30 PM and continue on Saturday, October 19, starting at 8:30 AM. Entry fees vary by bracket, with discounts available using the EarlyBirds code. The tournament will include Set Partner Pool Play with a Single Elimination Bracket and Rotating Partner Round Robin, offering diverse playing opportunities for all skill levels.
