Dill Dinkers Scores Big with KLNB: In a significant move for the local pickleball community, KLNB’s retail team—comprised of Principals Dimitri Georgelakos, Veronica Kamara, and Billy Kelly—has successfully secured a 30,400-square-foot lease at Sully Place Shopping Center in Chantilly. This new facility will be home to Dill Dinkers, a national indoor pickleball company, poised to elevate the sport’s presence in the region.

A New Chapter for Dill Dinkers

Dill Dinkers, headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, is dedicated to creating spaces where pickleball enthusiasts of all levels can come together to play, learn, and grow in their sport. Strategic Partnerships

Georgelakos, reflecting on the transaction, emphasized the challenges faced in securing top-tier tenants during uncertain times. “Our team consistently finds innovative ways to secure top-tier tenants—even in the most challenging markets,” he stated. His words underline the commitment KLNB has to fostering growth in the pickleball community.

Repositioning for Success

The landlord, Beatty Management Company, based in McLean, Virginia, has made strides in repositioning its various centers to attract a diverse array of tenants. “KLNB is proud to be partners with the Beatty Companies for nearly a decade, working closely with them on a shared vision and execution of their strategic goals,” Georgelakos added. This partnership is a statement to the evolving landscape of retail real estate, where adaptability is key.
