Registration and Fees

Tournament Format and Schedule
The competition will begin on Friday, April 25, with men’s and women’s doubles events in various skill levels (3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+). On Saturday, April 26, mixed doubles pickleball events will be held throughout the day.
The final day, Sunday, April 27, will feature the 3v3 team event, with a requirement for at least one female player on each team. All matches will follow a round-robin format, with the top two teams from each bracket advancing to medal matches.

Players must complete their registrations and pay fees in full to be considered for the tournament. For doubles and 3v3 events, teams are required to register together, with a two-day grace period for partners to sign up.
Failure to meet this deadline will result in the team being moved to the waitlist. Participants will receive game notifications and court assignments via text messages, so it’s crucial to have the correct contact details on file.
Refund Policy
Players can withdraw for a full refund (minus a CAD 20 administration fee) until March 31, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be issued, except for weather-related cancellations.
As this is an outdoor event, participants should be aware that inclement weather may impact the schedule, but no make-up dates will be available.
