Events will occur at different times, so participants are advised not to register for overlapping events. Players must register for no more than two events.

Players must register by March 5, 2025, with a fee of CAD 60 per person, and an additional CAD 15 for each event. Refunds are available until February 9, 2025, with a $25 withdrawal fee. No refunds will be issued after that date.
