Tournament Format and Divisions
The pickleball tournament will feature skill and age-based divisions, with matches held across 10 permanent outdoor courts. Men’s and women’s doubles for ages 50+ and above will take place on May 16.
Mixed doubles for various age groups will follow on May 17, while men’s and women’s doubles for 19+ and 35+ divisions will conclude the event on May 18.
Prize Money and Match Structure
Open events with six or more teams will use a double-elimination format with cash prizes. All other divisions will follow a round-robin format leading to a single-elimination medal round. The official tournament ball will be the Franklin X40, and referees will officiate as many matches as possible.
Registration and Weather Policy
Players must complete registration with both team members to secure a spot. Full refunds, minus a $10 fee, are available until May 7. After that date, no refunds will be issued. If weather cancels play, players who compete in fewer than two matches will receive a 50% refund.
