Tournament Format
The event will follow a pool round-robin format leading to medal rounds. Open events will operate under a double-elimination format, with prize money awarded to top finishers. Special split-age events on August 2 will feature categories for 50+ and under-50 players in both 3.5 and 4.0+ skill levels. Men’s and Women’s doubles will be held in the morning, and Mixed doubles in the afternoon, allowing participants to compete in up to four events.

The tournament will use the Franklin X40, the tour’s official outdoor ball. Matches will take place at Pinafore Park in St. Thomas, Ontario. The venue includes 18 courts with a mix of permanent and portable nets. Each player must register and pay individually, with spots secured only when both partners complete their registration.
