In the event that one of the players in a doubles team has not completed their registration within seven days, the team will be placed on a waiting list.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued based on specific conditions. A full refund will be granted if the tournament merges categories. Cancellations made between December 11 and January 13 will receive a refund minus a CAD 10 administration fee. No refunds will be provided after January 13.

The pickleball tournament will take place at CEGEP de Drummondville, located at 960 rue St-Georges. Parking is available for free on weekends at the back of the CEGEP, near entrance 8. The tournament will feature 10 sport courts, and the Franklin X 26 ball will be used throughout the event.
