  1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Provide a detailed description or a copy of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed upon.
  2. Identification of the Infringing Material: Share the exact URL or provide a detailed description of where the alleged infringing material is located on our website.
  3. Contact Information: Include your address, phone number, and email address for further communication.
  4. Statement of Good Faith: State that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of Accuracy: Confirm, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Signature: Electronically or physically sign the document.

Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity on our website infringes your copyright may lead to liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Counter-Notification Procedure If you believe that material you posted on our website was mistakenly removed due to a false copyright infringement claim, you can submit a counter-notification that includes the following:

  1. Identification of the Material: Clearly identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and specify its previous location.
  2. Statement under Penalty of Perjury: State, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your Contact Information: Provide your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction for legal processes.
  4. Consent to Receive Legal Service: Confirm your acceptance of service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
  5. Your Signature: Electronically or physically sign the counter-notification.

Upon receiving a compliant counter-notification, we will forward it to the individual who submitted the original copyright infringement notice. If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the original reporter is seeking a court order to prevent further infringement, we may replace or cease disabling access to the removed material.

This DMCA policy reflects our commitment to legal compliance and respect for intellectual property rights. We recommend seeking legal advice before submitting a copyright infringement notice or counter-notification.
