Kansas City Gold Cup Offers $6,000 in Prizes and New PicklePerks Rewards

The Kansas City Gold Cup will take place June 28–29, 2025, at SW19 KC. With cash prizes, medals, and new rewards, the tournament promises top-level pickleball. Early bird registration is open, offering a $10 discount to the first 100 players or until May 28 at 8 a.m.

High-Energy Weekend for Pickleball Fans

This pickleball event will follow a round-robin format leading into brackets. Players will compete in six or more games. Medal matches will use a best two-of-three sets format. Events are set with doubles on Saturday, mixed doubles on Sunday, and singles on either day. All matches will use the Franklin X40 ball, and results will auto-post to DUPR.

Winners will take home custom medals and more. Players can now also earn rewards during the tournament through a new feature called PicklePerks.

Cash Division Adds Big Stakes

The Kansas City Gold Cup is now part of a growing number of 2025 events that include an Open Cash Prize division. Men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles divisions will each offer a $2,000 cash prize. Each division will be capped at 14 teams.

Early bird registration is now available using the code “KCGold10” for a $10 discount. This offer ends at 8 a.m. on May 28 or after the first 100 players sign up.
