Art Meets Pickleball
Keith Haring was a pop and graffiti-style artist known for bold lines and bright colors. His art is full of energy, which matches the fast-paced vibe of pickleball.
“It’s been such a fun collaboration. Keith Haring has such iconic art. The whole goal for me is that I love pickleball, I love business, and I love art. So being able to blend all of my favorite things together is great.” – (Ryan Cohen)
Ryan Cohen, who is also a painter, said he was excited to bring art into the sport in a fresh way.
“Adding art to pickleball at the highest level is a lot of fun because it hasn’t really been done yet. I feel like this is me being an artist in a way. But I have a team of the best designers who made it all come together. They had a great time going through the art files and selecting which art specifically Dylan will wear each day of the tournament.” – (Ryan Cohen)

A Colorful Look on the Court
Right now, Dylan Frazier is wearing cotton shirts with Haring’s art. Volair is working on better fabric for top-level play. They also made special paddles with matching designs.
“A lot of the top paddles are more basic. So, the paddle that Dylan is playing with for this tournament is very creative in color and we have a lot of fun designs. We’re excited to put really cool paddles in his hands and have him wear fun designs on his shirts.” – (Ryan Cohen)
Fans at the event have noticed the new look, and Frazier is enjoying the attention.
“I’ve gotten a lot of compliments from people when I’m just walking around the venue. The designs are so fun and creative. I think Keith Haring’s art is well suited for pickleball because it’s fun and light.” – (Frazier)
Dylan Frazier is not just winning on the court—he’s also helping bring new style into the sport.
“Dylan is a pleasure to work with. He’s a top player and he’s just a lot of fun. He’s been pretty quiet overall and recently in the last few months he’s been showing a lot more emotion on the court so it’s fun for us to have him be our spokesperson at the pro level.” – (Ryan Cohen)

What’s Next
Ryan Cohen revealed that Volair is not stopping with Keith Haring designs. They’re planning more creative gear soon.
“We have SpongeBob paddles and clothing coming out, and Disney paddles too. And Dylan will be using all of it.” – (Ryan Cohen)
Volair’s art-inspired gear may open the door for more brands to bring fun and creativity to pickleball. For Dylan Frazier, this is just the start of showing off personality through pro gear.
