The Picklr Transforms Endicott Square: The Picklr, a leading indoor pickleball company, will open a new facility later this year at Endicott Square in Danvers, Massachusetts. The club will take over a 36,192-square-foot space that once held a Bed Bath & Beyond store. This will be The Picklr’s third location in Massachusetts.
KeyPoint Partners arranged the lease for the property. Don Mace, Vice President of Retail Brokerage at KeyPoint Partners, led the deal on behalf of the landlord. The move adds to the rise of pickleball across the country and supports the trend of reviving retail spaces with high-traffic, activity-based tenants.
New Life for Endicott Square
Endicott Square is a 56,275-square-foot shopping center located on Endicott Street in Danvers. It sits between Routes 128 and 114, making it easy for people to visit. The center already includes businesses like Quest Diagnostics, Salem Five, and Advance Auto Parts. Only one 3,812-square-foot space remains for lease.
The addition of The Picklr is expected to bring more foot traffic and energy to the plaza. The space will soon be filled with pickleball players and fans, replacing the now-closed Bed Bath & Beyond.
The Picklr’s Growing Reach
The Picklr now has more than 80 clubs across the United States and is still expanding. The brand is known for its clean, modern facilities, on-site gear shops, free clinics, and partnership with the Professional Pickleball Association.
The Danvers location will offer local players access to quality courts, training, and community events—all in an indoor setting protected from the weather.
