Refund Policy
The deadline for cancellations is 9:00 PM on August 22, 2024. After this date, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations made before this deadline are subject to a $15 administration fee. This fee covers the cost of one event. Participants should ensure that they and their partners are registered and fees are paid in full to secure their spots.
Although the tournament is outdoor, an indoor backup is available at Rhythm and Rally, the world’s largest indoor pickleball facility. Weather-related cancellations do not warrant refunds, but all efforts will be made to complete the event. The Tournament Director reserves the right to alter the format, shorten games, or make other necessary adjustments. All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the tournament concludes.
