Pickleball Charlotte stands as a hub for the sport with an extensive range of offerings designed for all levels of players. The organization provides clinics, lessons, group outings, social events, open play, court rentals, tournaments, and leagues.

With four locations—Ballantyne, Sharon Lakes, Northlake, and Sports Connection on Granite Street in southwest Charlotte—Pickleball Charlotte is dedicated to growing the sport. Additionally, it sponsors free clinics and resources to support both current and aspiring players.

2. Lifetime Athletic

Lifetime Athletic delivers a welcoming environment for pickleball enthusiasts, the facility offers lessons, leagues, drills, clinics, and tournaments, alongside seven indoor clay courts. Membership provides access to pickleball amenities and other features such as a restaurant, equipment store, private training, and group lessons. Lifetime Athletic operates seven days a week, requiring a membership for access. Location: 11220 Golf Links Drive.

3. Rally Pickleball

Founded in 2021 by Barrett Worthington and Meg Charity, Rally Pickleball initially began as an app connecting tennis players with coaches. The focus soon shifted to pickleball, aiming to forge strong community ties through unique recreational experiences. Rally offers both indoor and outdoor facilities, featuring leagues, classes, and social events such as Courts and Coffee, Rally Shuffle, Rally Social, and Paddle Battle.

The venue also hosts a variety of tournaments. Rally is open seven days a week, with prices varying. Location: 101 Southside Drive.

4. Charlotte Tennis and Pickleball

Charlotte Tennis and Pickleball boasts an impressive array of facilities with 18 courts—12 indoors and six outdoors. The venue includes a restaurant, equipment store, and private trainers, with future plans to introduce padel courts, a fast-growing racquet/paddle sport. Currently, only six padel courts are available statewide.

1. The Picklr

Set to open in late December this year, The Picklr is an indoor pickleball club featuring 15 courts, an outdoor surfacing area, a ball machine, a pro shop, private event space, league play, tournaments, drop-in play, court reservations, and locker rooms with showers.

With over 30 locations nationwide, The Picklr aims to establish a premier pickleball destination near Camp North End.

2. The Serve Pickleball + Kitchen

Anticipated to launch in early 2025, The Serve will be located north of Charlotte in the Lake Norman area. The venue promises a unique blend of sports and entertainment with 10 indoor and six outdoor pickleball courts, four Topgolf swing suites, five dining and bar options, memberships, private events, and various classes and special events.
