Competition Formats
MiLP Format
- Teams of 4 (2 men, 2 women) compete in matches composed of 4 games: women’s doubles, men’s doubles, and two mixed doubles. If tied at 2-2, a Dreambreaker singles match is played.
- Scoring: Rally (games to 21, win by 2).
Doubles Format
- Teams are placed in brackets based on combined DUPR ratings. If a player doesn’t have a rating, the team’s rating will be calculated.
- Round robin play leads into double elimination brackets, with a best of 3 game format for elimination matches.
State Championship Cup
- Points are awarded for each gender doubles event based on final standing. Players can earn points in up to two brackets (maximum of 2). The team with the highest point total across all brackets will win the State Championship Cup.
Senior (50+) Gender Doubles
- Friday, December 6th – Open to players aged 50+.
- Saturday, December 7th – All-age gender doubles competition.
