Brisbane Pickleball Classic 2025 Tournament: The Brisbane Pickleball Classic will take place from 26 to 28 September 2025 at the Queensland Tennis Centre. This three-day event offers exciting pickleball matches for all ages and skill levels, with both indoor and outdoor courts available. The event includes 34 competitive divisions, off-court entertainment, and community fun.
A Tournament for All Players
The Brisbane Pickleball Classic is open to a wide range of players. The Open divisions are for those aged 16 and up, welcoming players of various skill levels. The Masters divisions are for players aged 40 and above, with special categories for 40+, 50+, and 60+ age groups.
Players can also join skill-based UTR-P divisions:
2.99 & below for beginners
3.0 – 3.99 for intermediate players
4.0 & above for advanced players
Competitors may enter up to three events and take part in the 7-Point Shootout, bringing the total number of events per player to four.
Event Information and Entry Fees
The total number of events is 34, and the ball used will be the JOOLA HC-40. Entry costs include a AU$60 registration fee and AU$20 per event. The event welcomes both singles and doubles matches, played on hard indoor and outdoor courts.
Players without partners may either be matched manually or use the UTR Sports system to find a partner. All teams must be confirmed before the entry deadline.
To update or cancel a registration, players must log into UTR Sports and use the “Edit Registration” option.
By registering, players agree to follow the UTR Sports Waiver, Code of Conduct, and all tournament rules available online.
Exciting Off-Court Activities
The Brisbane Pickleball Classic offers much more than just matches. The event kicks off Friday evening, 26 September, with opening night fun at the Queensland Tennis Centre. Players can use practice courts from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by the 7-Point Shootout at 6:30 p.m. Entry is free for anyone competing on Saturday or Sunday.
The evening also features a BBQ and drinks, with food provided by the Brisbane Ekibin Lions Club.
