Sessions Designed for Coaches
The three-hour workshop features expert-led sessions focused on building better coaching methods. Coco Lococo will lead “Drills & Skills,” showing how to turn routine drills into fun, high-pressure scenarios. Ange Green will teach “Singles Strategies & Routines,” helping coaches guide players to stronger match play and performance habits.
Karen Topp will share “Game-Based Coaching,” which uses real-game situations, questions, and feedback to make training more effective. Nay will focus on “Para-Pickleball Coaching,” offering tools to support and coach para-athletes in this growing inclusive sport.
Networking and Future Development
Participants will also hear about what’s next for pickleball development. Pickleball Australia Chairperson Jen Ramamurthy and Operations Manager of Coaching and Officiating Grace Schmidt will share upcoming opportunities and programs for coaches. Workshop materials will be provided to all attendees.

Coaches can register by visiting the Pickleball Australia Instagram page and selecting their preferred session. Two sessions are available, but each coach can attend only one. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended to secure a spot.
