Players must register through Pickleball Brackets with a profile that includes contact information and a Pickleball Australia Association ID number.
Images and videos may be taken during the tournament. “It is a condition of entry that all attendees understand that they may be photographed or filmed at the event and that these images may be stored and used by PBTA or our sponsors on websites, social media and other purposes without express permission or payment.”
Director’s Discretion
The tournament director has the right to review player ratings, adjust brackets, and merge or split events if needed. Changes may also be made to start times or schedules if weather or other issues arise.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided before the registration deadline, minus processing fees. No refunds will be given after registration closes unless a medical certificate is presented. Refunds are not available within seven days of the event. If the tournament is canceled due to weather, no refunds will be issued.
