A player snack table will be available at no charge on Saturday and Sunday. Volunteers are encouraged to sign up once registration opens on February 7.
The withdrawal deadline is March 6, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. After this date, no refunds will be issued. Withdrawals made before the deadline will incur a $15 administration fee, with refunds processed during the week of March 17.
