Registration Details and Costs
Registration opens at 8:00 AM PST on April 7, 2025, and will close on April 25, 2025, at 8:00 AM PST. The fee for the first event is CAD 55, with an additional charge of CAD 2.75 for the Pickleball Brackets system. A second event may be added for CAD 25. All participants must be members of Pickleball Canada to compete in this sanctioned event.
Tournament Schedule and Events
The tournament will feature events on Saturday and Sunday, catering to players of various skill levels. Saturday will include Men’s and Women’s Doubles events for 3.5 and 4.0 skill levels, while Sunday will offer Mixed Doubles, Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed Doubles events for players above 4.0 skill level.
The format for each event will consist of round-robin play, with teams competing in pools of six. The top teams from each pool will then compete in a playoff bracket, with gold medal games played to 15 points, win by 2.
Venue and Facilities
The tournament will take place at the 19 Wing Fitness & Community Centre, located at 1575 Military Row, Lazo, BC. The facility offers six courts with a hardwood surface. Locker access will be available, but participants are asked not to use other fitness facilities. Players should wear clean shoes to maintain the court’s condition.

All players should register for a Pickleball Brackets account before the event. This is essential for registration and communication. Text messages will be used to update players on pool standings and other important tournament details.
For cancellations before April 23, 2025, a partial refund will be issued, but no refunds will be available after this date. Players are encouraged to find their own substitutes if necessary, with approval from the tournament director.
