Pickleball Palooza Returns: Nearly 100 Pickleball Players Rally for Charity, Prizes, and Community Fun

Pickleball Palooza Charity Tournament: Nearly 100 pickleball players will take part in the second annual Pickleball Palooza this Saturday, June 7, at the YNCU Soo Pee Wee Arena. The pickleball event raises funds for the Algoma Autism Foundation and offers prizes, fun activities, and chances to try pickleball.

Competition and Prizes

Players will compete in different divisions, with first, second, and third place prizes available. After the games, door prizes will be raffled off at the Centre Ice Bar & Grill. This gives participants more chances to win and celebrate.

Try Pickleball and Learn About Autism Supports

From 12 to 1 p.m., players and spectators can get on the court to try pickleball skills for prizes. This is a great chance for beginners to learn the game and enjoy some fun. Also, several Autism Service Providers will have information booths to share local support options for families and individuals.

People who want to watch but not play are encouraged to make an optional donation to the Algoma Autism Foundation. Pickleball Palooza brings the community together to support a good cause and grow interest in pickleball.
