Tournament Structure
The competition will take place on 14 outdoor courts in a round-robin format. Events include mixed doubles and men’s and women’s singles, divided into age and skill levels. Playoffs will feature one game to 15, with gold and silver medal matches decided in best two-of-three games to 11 points, win by two.
Age and Skill Divisions
Mixed doubles will have age brackets of 12+, 55+, and 70+, with skill levels ranging from 2.5 to 4.5+. Singles will be available in age groups 12+ and 40+, with skill levels from 3.0 to 4.5+. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each event.
Rules and Sanctioning
The tournament will follow current USA Pickleball International Rules and has been sanctioned by Pickleball Canada. Matches will be played with Franklin X40 balls. The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust or cancel events, combine skill levels, or reschedule if needed, including for weather-related issues.
Registration and Refunds
Registration opened July 5, 2025, and players must ensure both partners are fully registered and paid to secure a spot. Refunds are available until September 1, 2025, but include a CAD 12 administration fee. After this date, players must contact the Tournament Director directly for withdrawal requests.
Rain Date and DUPR Results
If weather interrupts play, the event will be moved to September 20, 2025. Tournament results will automatically be entered into DUPR through Tournaments.com, though the Tournament Director is not responsible for technical issues with this process.
