Tournament Format
This year’s tournament promises to be the biggest yet, with a full three-day schedule. Players will compete in Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed Doubles, as well as Men’s and Women’s Singles. The competition will follow a round-robin format, with results seeding teams into a single-elimination medal round.
Gold and bronze medal matches will be played, with the gold medal match being a best-of-three, first to 11 points. All other matches will be played to 15 points, win by 2. The tournament will use the Franklin X-40 Optic Indoor ball, and all matches will adhere to IFP and Pickleball Canada rules.
Registration Process
To secure a spot in the tournament, both players in a doubles event must complete their registration and payment.
If one player’s registration is incomplete, the team will be placed on a waitlist. Players have five days to complete their partner’s registration before this happens. The registration deadline is March 3, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
Refund Policy
If a player decides to withdraw from the event after registering, they will receive a full refund minus a $10 service fee.
