Prairie Pronghorns Shake Up Roster with Last-Minute Star Ahead of CNPL III Western Split

CNPL III Western Split Roster Change: The Prairie Pronghorns have made a late roster change ahead of the Canadian National Pickleball League (CNPL) III Western Split. The event will take place July 19–20 at IPOP in Burnaby, British Columbia. Mark Gottfried, who was recently added to the Pronghorns lineup, will no longer be participating. Mikael Gaumond, a former player for the Southwestern Ontario Brewers, has been added as his replacement.

New Addition Brings Experience

Mikael Gaumond is not new to the CNPL. He played in the league last year and helped the Southwestern Ontario Brewers reach the finals. His past experience in high-level matches makes him a strong addition to the Prairie Pronghorns.

The team was in need of a skilled replacement after Mark Gottfried became unavailable. Gaumond was brought in for his ability to perform under pressure and adjust quickly on the court.

Preparing for Tough Competition

The Prairie Pronghorns are getting ready to face tough competition during the CNPL III Western Split. They will be competing against teams like the Vancouver Owls, Northern Lights, and Detroit-Windsor Drive.

Adding Mikael Gaumond to the roster shows that the Pronghorns are serious about winning and willing to adjust their team to stay competitive.

Fans Can Watch Live or on TV

Pickleball fans can watch all the action live at IPOP in Burnaby. For those watching from home, the matches will also be broadcast on the Game+ Network.

The Prairie Pronghorns are hoping that this last-minute roster change will help them succeed in the Western Split and improve their position in the CNPL standings.
