Transforming India’s Pickleball Scene: India’s first online pickleball platform, Picklebay, has officially launched, along with the Picklebay India Tour, a national tournament series. Currently active in six major cities, the platform aims to make the fast-growing sport more accessible, organized, and community-driven for players across the country.
A New Digital Hub for Pickleball
Picklebay is available as a mobile-first website and serves as a one-stop platform for everything related to pickleball. It helps users find courts, organize games, and manage tournaments. The platform is live in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad.
Picklebay offers tools for players to track progress, connect with others, and create matches using its community feature. It also supports pickleball infrastructure development and management across cities.
“Pickleball is more than just a sport—it’s a movement that brings people together. Our goal with is to create an ecosystem where every player, whether a beginner or a professional, finds a home. We are committed to making pickleball accessible to all, across cities, communities, and skill levels.” – (Siddhant Jatia)
India Tour and Tournament System
To support competitive play, Picklebay introduced a digital Tournament Management System—India’s first for pickleball. It helps organizers manage matches and leaderboards easily.
To further grow the sport, Picklebay launched the Picklebay India Tour. The tour starts this May in Mumbai and will travel to other cities, featuring events for pro, advanced, and enthusiast players.
“Picklebay is here to bridge the gap between casual players and competitive athletes. Our tournaments will provide structured, exciting opportunities for players at every level to showcase their talent. This is just the beginning of India’s pickleball journey on the global stage.” – (Siddhant Jatia)
Expanding the Experience
Picklebay also plans to support pickleball tourism, offering travel-based events for players to meet and explore new places through the sport. The platform will host 8 to 12 community events each year, blending games with lifestyle activities.
What This Means for India
Picklebay is set to change how pickleball is played and enjoyed in India. By offering tools, tournaments, and travel, it hopes to grow the game across all skill levels. As more players join, India could become a major presence in global pickleball.
