A First-of-Its-Kind Tournament in Hyderabad
Presented by Golden Pickle, this inaugural tournament welcomes men’s and mixed doubles teams. Registration fees are ₹2,750 per category. Participants must create and link a DUPR ID, as all scores will be updated on DUPR within three days of the event. Organizers emphasized this helps structure better tournaments ahead.
The action begins at 8:00 AM and runs until 11:00 PM. The men’s doubles group stage will finish before the mixed doubles and knockout rounds begin in the evening, expected after 4:00 PM. Final schedules will be shared closer to the event.
Cash, Coupons, and Spectator Surprises
Players reaching the quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals will receive prize money. Additional perks include discount coupons for future events: ₹250 for quarterfinalists and ₹500 for semifinalists and finalists.
These can only be used for the next event in the same category, and only one coupon is given per team. There’s also a surprise contest planned for spectators, with more details to be announced during the event.
Rules, Conditions, and Participation Terms
“No cancellations after registration,” organizers stated. However, if a team member cannot attend, a replacement is allowed if details are submitted at least 24 hours before the event.
In the rare event of cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 3–5 days. Participants are urged to register quickly, as slots per category are limited.
