The venue offers basic amenities like washrooms and water. Players must wear non-marking shoes and bring water bottles. Rental paddles are available.
Food and drinks are banned near playing areas, and any damage caused will lead to fines. Spectators must stay respectful and not interfere with matches. Any bad behavior from players or fans may result in removal or disqualification.
