She joins an already strong leadership team that includes Gaurav Sharma, Nalini Gupta, and Sachin Pahwa. Together, they aim to build a vibrant community around the sport of pickleball in Noida.

A Team Fueled by Passion
The Noida Knight Riders began with two passionate pickleball supporters: Nalini Gupta and Gaurav Sharma. They were later joined by Sachin Pahwa, described as one of the “Who’s who of the Picklers’ town.” Now, with the addition of Richa Minda, the club sees itself “super powered” for success.
Their mission is clear: “To create a vibrant pickleball community enabling picklers of all skill levels to come together, compete & have fun.”
Support and Partnerships
The launch is backed by the FSSA Council and powered by the Drona Group of Hotels. The Uttar Pradesh Pickleball Association (@upa_pickleball) also continues to support regional pickleball growth.
The Noida Knight Riders are now poised to be a strong contender in the NCR Pickleball League with leadership that blends business skill and deep passion for the sport.
