“I’ve only started playing 3 months ago. This was the biggest tournament. Everything was amazing. Some of the games Vijay asked me to play aggressive.”

Vijay praised his partner’s performance, saying,

“Aarav really stepped up.”

Aarav shared more about his journey into the sport.

“I’ve been a football player. I fell in love with pickleball as soon as I picked it up.”

Vijay also explained his growing focus on the sport.

“I’ve stopped badminton and squash. It’s all pickleball now. I’ve played in the US as well, but I must say it’s picking up in India.”
