Krishna Karthik Pickleball Championship Win: Krishna Karthik claimed the men’s singles 35+ title at the 7th Tamil Nadu State Level Championship Pickleball, an IPA-sanctioned PWR 100 event, held at the Picklers Arena in Chennai on Sunday. He defeated Venkatesh N 15–7 in a dominant final. Ranjith Saravanan won the bronze medal by beating Sujit M Krishnan 11–6.

Dominant Performance in the Final

In the final, Krishna Karthik was in full control, allowing Venkatesh N to score only seven points. His consistent shots and strong defense made him nearly unstoppable, helping him secure the championship in a one-sided contest.

Challenging Semifinal

Krishna faced a tougher test in the semifinal against Ranjith Saravanan. Ranjith nearly pulled off a surprise win, but Krishna held his nerves and edged past him 11–9 to reach the final.

Earlier Knockout Rounds

Krishna Karthik displayed dominance in earlier rounds. In the quarterfinal, he defeated Annamalai Ramesh 11–0. In the Round of 16, he beat Gokul Raj 11–3, showing his superior skills and strategic play.

Placed in Group H, Krishna started strong with an 11–2 victory over J Arul Ezhilan. He followed with another 11–2 win against P. Sundararaman. In his final group-stage match, he beat Anirudh Duseja 11–5 to top the group.
