Day 1 Highlights
The event opened with the men’s singles, where Keshav Goel defeated Raghav Todi 21-17 to win gold in the Intermediate Men’s Singles. Vineet R. Nair took bronze.
In doubles, pool play began for the Open Men’s Doubles, with teams battling for quarterfinal spots. The Open Mixed Doubles also saw fast-paced matches, with Shreya Chakraborty and Anay Patil, along with Tejas Gulati and Danielle Jones, advancing to the finals.
Day 2 Action
Day 2 featured dramatic finishes. Maitreya Bhagat and Anay Patil edged out Tejas Gulati and Vinay Sethia 21-19 in the Open Men’s Doubles Final, while Mustafa Khan and Rahil Sanghrajka earned bronze.
Veterans Suryaveer Singh Bhullar and Nilesh Desai claimed gold in the 50+ Men’s Doubles. Other champions included Aakash Kumar and Raghav Taparia in the Intermediate Men’s Doubles, Kinni Shah and Nabila Sayed in the Intermediate Women’s Doubles, and Anshi Seth with Atharva Sheth in the Intermediate Mixed Doubles.
Day 3 Finals
The final day produced more champions. Nilesh Desai dominated Ravi Jain 21-10 to win the 50+ Men’s Singles. In the Open Men’s Singles, Maitreya Bhagat defeated Tejas Gulati 21-13. Dhiren Patil topped Anay Patil 21-14 in the 35+ Men’s Singles.
Danielle Jones impressed in the Open Women’s Singles with a 21-6 win over Ishika Gupta. Later, Ishika and Shreya Chakraborty teamed up to beat Dipti Srivastava and Amrita Mukherjee 21-7 in the Open Women’s Doubles.
