Telangana triumphs at National Pickleball Championship: Telangana secured one gold medal and two bronze medals at the ninth National Pickleball Championship held in Jammu and Kashmir. Medal-Winning Performances
In the 35 years and above mixed doubles event, Sucharita Thakur and P. Chakrapani captured the gold medal with an impressive performance. Dr. Sonibala Devi, who is also the Vice Chairperson and Managing Director of SATG, won two bronze medals. She earned one in the 50 years and above women’s singles and another in the mixed doubles category.
Leaders Applaud Success
Telangana Sports and Youth Services Minister Vakiti Srihari and Telangana Sports Authority Chairman Shivasena Reddy praised the medal winners for their achievements. They congratulated the players for making the state proud at a national level.
ATPA President Ramesh and Secretaries Jaganmohan expressed their dedication to advancing the sport.
