The event features a round-robin format with medal playoffs. Participants are guaranteed to play at least four games, and all brackets are doubles events requiring a partner. Registration, which costs $50, is open until March 5, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. EST.

Saturday will feature Men’s and Women’s Doubles matches, while Mixed Doubles are scheduled for Sunday. Weather conditions permitting, the games will proceed on the park’s outdoor courts, which are equipped with lights for evening play.

Players registering without a partner must ensure their teammate signs up within seven days to avoid being moved to the waitlist. If registration numbers increase, brackets may be adjusted to accommodate additional teams.
