Tournament Overview
This year marks the fifth installment of the popular event, which has grown into a staple for the Longview community. The tournament will include men’s and women’s singles on Friday, April 25, followed by men’s and women’s doubles on Saturday, April 26. The final day, Sunday, April 27, will feature mixed doubles.
Registration for the event opens on January 31, 2025, at 8:00 AM CST and ends on April 20, 2025, at 8:00 PM CST. The registration fee is $60 until March 30, after which it increases to $80. In addition, participants can register for additional events for $10 each.
Tournament Details and Procedures
The format of the tournament will depend on the size of each division and may include round robin or bracket play. Divisions could be combined based on the number of entries, and there must be at least three teams to form a division.
Players must register their teammates within three days of their registration. Event formats and start times will be communicated to participants the week of the tournament.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available with a $20 processing fee for withdrawals made before April 6, 2025. After registration closes, no refunds will be issued, except in the event of a rain cancellation, in which case a refund minus a $10 processing fee will be provided.
Parking Information
There is no parking fee for the event, making it convenient for participants and spectators to attend.
