Tournament Overview

All events will follow a round-robin format, with playoffs for gold, silver, and bronze medals.
Early registration for the event opens on January 29, 2025, and will cost $45, plus an additional $15 for each event. After March 1, the registration fee will increase to $60, and late registration after April 16 will cost $75. Players with a USSP membership will receive a $10 discount.
Event Details and Format
The tournament will feature a variety of skill and age groups, with 5-year age brackets in the USSP Senior events. Players will be required to use their USSP rating for event placement.
Round-robin matches will be played to 15 points, with the possibility of adjusting the point total depending on the number of teams in each event. The top four teams will advance to the playoff rounds, with matches played to 15 points or 2 out of 3 games to 11.

The tournament will be held at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, located at 2 Poydras Street, New Orleans, LA. There is no parking fee at the venue, but overnight parking is not available.
Refund Policy
If players need to withdraw from the tournament, they must do so before the cancellation deadline on May 7, 2025. Refunds will be issued, minus a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be given after this deadline.
