Registration Details
Registration for the tournament is now open, and players are encouraged to sign up early. The registration fee for Life Time members is $50, while non-members will pay $70.
The first event is included in the registration cost, and additional events will incur $15 each. Non-members will also get access to Life Time’s amenities for the day of their event, and they can bring one guest to cheer them on.
Participants must create a free DUPR account and connect it to their Pickleball Brackets account in order to complete registration. The tournament will be uploaded to DUPR automatically once finished.
Tournament Schedule
The event will feature multiple competitions for different skill levels, including doubles and singles categories. The schedule is as follows:
- March 21: Men’s and Women’s Fixed Doubles 3.0
- March 22: Men’s and Women’s Fixed Doubles 3.5
- March 23: Mixed Fixed Doubles 3.0 and 3.5
- March 28: Men’s and Women’s Doubles Scramble 3.0-4.0
- March 29: Coed Singles 3.0 and 3.5

Event Details
The tournament will follow USAPA 2025 rules, with all games being self-refereed, though court monitors will be available for foot faults and line calls. Players can sign up with a partner or individually. If registering alone, players have five days to find a partner or will be moved to the waitlist.
Medals will be awarded to the first, second, and third place winners in each bracket, and first-place winners will receive a free entry to the next Life Time Romeoville tournament at their rating level.
Refund and Cancellation Policies
A full refund will be provided for those who withdraw by March 14, 2025. If a tournament event has insufficient participants, it will be canceled, and players will be refunded or merged into other events.
