Surface and Weather Considerations

Refunds are only available for events canceled due to insufficient numbers, medical reasons with a doctor’s certificate, or withdrawals made more than 14 days before the start. For withdrawals within 7-14 days, full credit for another event will be provided. No refund will be given for withdrawals made within 7 days of the event.
