April Madness Pickleball Tournament Returns to Loudoun County with Doubles Drama and Raffles

Pickleball players from all over will gather in Ashburn, Virginia, for the 2025 LCP Classic April Madness tournament on April 19 and 20. The event, hosted at 44710 Cape Ct #116, welcomes men’s and women’s doubles teams of all skill levels. Registration costs $30 for members and $40 for non-members and closes on April 17 at 11:45 p.m. EST.

Excitement Builds for Two Days of Competition

This pickleball event includes a mix of round-robin and playoff games. Players are split into skill levels—intermediate (under 4.0) and advanced (4.0 and up)—with age divisions for those under and over 45. Teams must play at the level of the higher-rated teammate, using DUPR ratings when available. Those without a rating will be placed based on their self-rating.

Each day will feature multiple matches. Winners will receive prizes, and all participants will be entered into a raffle. Players are encouraged to bring their partners.

Schedule of Events

The tournament kicks off Saturday, April 19, with:

  • Advanced Women’s Doubles at 10:00 a.m.

  • Advanced Men’s Doubles (45+) at 1:00 p.m.
