The format will follow a round robin structure, with medal rounds for any divisions featuring more than three teams. Should brackets not fill, the tournament organizers reserve the right to combine brackets to ensure a smoother flow of the event. However, awards will still be given based on the original divisions.
Registration and Participation Details
Registration opens on November 20, 2024, at 1:00 PM EST, with a fee of $65.00. Registration closes on February 9, 2025, at 11:55 PM EST. Players must register with a partner, or they can opt for the “Need Partner” option, where they will be paired up within five days. A spot in the tournament is only confirmed once both players register and pay the fee.
Southern Pickleball will use dupr/”>DUPR ratings for the event, and all matches will be reported to the platform. Participants must have a DUPR ID to compete, and play will be divided by both skill levels and age groups, ranging from 18+ to 70+.

A $25 fine will be applied to players who fail to show up for their scheduled event or who leave without notifying the tournament director. Additionally, there is a clear refund policy: withdrawals made before January 20, 2025 are subject to a $15 administrative fee. Players who purchase tournament insurance will be fully refunded if all events are canceled or missed due to injury or emergencies.
