Tournament Overview
The event is part of the “Amateur Pickleball State Championship Series” powered by the Carvana PPA Tour. It will feature a wide range of divisions for players of all skill levels, from 3.0 to 5.0, and age groups ranging from 18U to 70+.
Players will compete in men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles events.
The tournament offers a chance to qualify for the 2025 World Championships in Dallas, Texas. Players who win gold in the state championship will receive free registration for the World Championships.
Registration and Costs
Early registration runs through March for $65, with a price increase to $80 in April. Late registration is available until June 15 for $95. Doubles events are $20 each, while singles events are $35 each.

Format and Rules
The event will follow a round robin format, with pool play followed by playoffs for the top teams. For divisions with fewer than three teams, brackets will be combined.
Games will be played to 15 points, win by 2, with the exact number of games determined by the number of teams in each bracket.
Refund Policy
Players who withdraw by July 2, 2025, will receive a refund minus a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.
Venue and Parking
The Pickleball and Sports Complex is located at 1911 Dunlap Way, Casper, Wyoming. There is no parking fee, but overnight parking is not allowed.
