Registration Information
Registration for Winter Warfare opens on December 21, 2024, at 12:00 EST and ends on January 27, 2025, at 12:00 EST.
The entry fee is $40, but the price increases to $50 after January 13. Participants should register early to secure their spot and take advantage of the lower rate.
Event Schedule and Refund Policy
Start times for matches will be finalized and announced after registration closes. Play can take place anywhere between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. If a bracket doesn’t meet the minimum number of teams, it may be combined with other groups. Refunds are available until January 24, 2025, with a $10 cancellation fee.
