Refund Policy
The event offers a refund policy where full refunds (excluding service fees) are available until December 10, 2024. From December 11, 2024, until January 3, 2025, participants can receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after January 3.
Prize Money for Open Events
For 4.5+ open events, $35 of each entrant’s fee will contribute to the prize pool. Payouts for the winners are split with 60% going to the gold medalists, 25% to the silver medalists, and 15% to the bronze medalists.
Additional Information
Players’ skill levels will be determined based on their DUPR rating or self-rating if they don’t have one. Age brackets are also available, with players over 50 eligible for the “50+” bracket. Brackets may be combined if there are not enough sign-ups.
The indoor nature of the tournament means that weather, such as snow or ice, will not affect the event, though participants will be notified of any changes to the schedule.
