PKL LEX, a project led by Gresham Wilson, a real estate agent at Block + Lot Real Estate, is set to transform an old yellow metal warehouse into a vibrant hub for fun. The venue will feature indoor pickleball courts, but there will be much more for visitors to enjoy.
Wilson said the space will include a taproom and a full-service restaurant, adding to the excitement of the pickleball experience. Additionally, golf simulators will be available for those looking to try something different.
The building will undergo renovations to create a mezzanine for extra seating, and a patio will be built outside for outdoor enjoyment. Wilson mentioned that the team is in talks with a local craft brewery to run the taproom and restaurant area.
Prime Location for New Venue
PKL LEX will be located in a prime area behind five-story apartment complexes that are being developed at the intersection of Midland Avenue and Winchester Road.
The venue will also be close to National Avenue, a popular area filled with restaurants and retail shops. This location is expected to bring more traffic to the area and offer a new space for entertainment and dining.
