Tournament Details

Registration for the tournament opens on November 1, 2024, and closes on January 12, 2025. The entry fee is $55, but the price increases to $60 on January 1, 2025. Players must be aged 19 or older to participate, with age groups of 19-49 and 50+ depending on the draw sizes. The entry fee covers one event, and players can register for additional events at $10 each, with a limit of one event per day.
Event Schedule
The tournament will feature different events each day:
- Thursday: Women’s Singles and Men’s Singles
- Friday: Women’s Doubles
- Saturday: Mixed Doubles
- Sunday: Men’s Doubles
Pro Clinics and Private Lessons
Pro events, including clinics and exhibitions, will take place three times daily. It is recommended not to play in a tournament event on the same day as a pro clinic to ensure a better experience. Private lessons with the professionals will also be available throughout the tournament weekend.
Refund Policy
The tournament offers a refund policy with a $25 administration fee for requests made before December 1, 2024. Refunds between December 2 and December 31, 2024, will be 50% of the tournament fees, with no refunds issued after January 1, 2025, except in extreme circumstances, which will be handled by the tournament director.
Venue and Amenities
The tournament will take place at the CORE Recreational Facility, located at 4827 N. Lovington Hwy, Hobbs, NM, 88240. The facility offers indoor courts with bathrooms and other amenities. Parking is free for all attendees.
