Players are required to register with a partner for doubles events, and the second player must sign up within seven days to avoid being placed on a waitlist.

The tournament offers a refund policy, with a $10 administrative fee. After September 10, 2025, participants may receive up to a 50% refund. The event also includes a weather-related refund policy, where affected players can receive up to a 50% refund if weather conditions impact their participation.
