- Thursday, July 17: 3.0 Men’s/Women’s Doubles and 3.5 Mixed Doubles
- Friday, July 18: 3.5 Men’s/Women’s Doubles, 3.0 Mixed Doubles, and Men’s and Women’s Singles
- Saturday, July 19: 4.0 & 4.5+ Men’s/Women’s Doubles
- Sunday, July 20: 4.0 & 4.5+ Mixed Doubles
The event will follow a round robin format. Depending on the number of entries, skill levels may be divided by age groups. Players will compete using the Franklin X-40 ball on asphalt courts with permanent nets. In case of bad weather, the backup location will be announced.
Parking and Venue Details
The primary venue for the event will be Iles Park, located at 2000 S. 6th Street, Springfield, Illinois. Parking will be available on the north side of Iles Park on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, parking will be permitted in the state office parking lot across from the courts. Duncan Park, located at 200 N MacArthur Blvd, will be used if events need to be relocated.
Refund Policy
The tournament offers a refund policy, excluding the PickleballBrackets fee, if the event is canceled. Players can withdraw from the tournament until June 30, 2025, for a full refund minus the processing fee.
